How do i flight plan when airways in Finland, France or Italy is gone? Do I just put some waypoints and VOR points in?

Hello Julean,
No not as easy as that. If you are seeking to validate routes via IFPS then you need to establish and meet the waypoint criteria of the Entry, Exit, Intermediate, Arrival and Departure waypoints, these are published by the country AIP and sometimes available on an FRA chart.
In addition you’ll need to meet any RAD requirement which may define or restrict routes.
So not Free Route Airspace as such and quite complex.
I might add that our autoroute function should handle this! We do have a list of entries & exits that it should respect, so it should get you a good starting point at the very least!
