Filename extension error exporting to TDS

THANK YOU for adding Export to TDS!!! AWESOME!!!

There’s just one little irritating thing. (Unless I’m not bright enough to figure it out.)

When I click to export, the folder where I store TDS plans opens. In the “File name:” box, the plan appears with TWO three-character extensions, e.g.,

KSAC-KSNS.gfp.pln

“gfp” is the desired extension for TDS, and if this were merely a matter of deleting the unwanted/extra “.pln” every time before saving, I wouldn’t be here to complain. But what happens is, I delete the .pln so that what remains in the box is KSAC-KSNS.gfp Then I click “Save” and then the file that’s written to the folder is KSAC-KSNS.gfp.pln

At this point, I have to go to the folder, select KSAC-KSNS.gfp.pln and delete the .pln from the name before I can load it into the TDS.

Improper File Suffix Exported

Navigraph Charts recently implemented a new feature where it lists all of the Simbrief chart export formats within the Export feature. Today I selected the JAR DESIGN AIRBUS option which is listed as a .txt file. This is correct. However the file that was saved had an additional “.pin” suffix which rendered the file unreadable by the A330 FMS import feature within the aircraft MCDU. Double extension when exporting to PMDG rte file

Hi, Not a big problem, just a liittle bug, when I export my flightplan to PMDG 737, I have a double rte extension. Even if I delete one, my export file will have both and I need to correct it manually. [image]

Charts Export defaults to .pln

Am running MacOS Ventura and when exporting flight plans from Charts to many Export types a .pln gets added to the file name, for example if exporting to a JARDesign Airbus, I get something like KLASKSEA.txt.pln. This happens with most .txt types, as well as the iFly export types. As well, if I try to remove the .pln in the file dialog popup, it won’t let me. Not sure if this is a Charts or MacOS issue. Export to Zibo XML

Hi, Ever since it became possible to export flight plans within Navigraph Charts to “Zibo Mod B737 XML”, the function hasn’t worked. Initially I thought it was just something temporary. Now several months later it’s still not possible to export them. Each time I receive a “Failed to Export Flight Plan” message. It’s a real pity, since I would really like to be able to export a full flight plan (SID and STAR) and have the Winds as well. With the Simbrief Downloader I don’t get the STAR’s - just…
