Referring to the subject above, I encountered this error while trying to dispatch a flight from Tokyo Narita RJAA to Los Angeles KLAX. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

To make sure we’re using the exact same parameters, can you share your flight as it is configured before you attempt to generate it?

Thanks, with this link I get the same error.

I do not have time to look into it right now, but I’ll see if I can pinpoint the cause of the error later, which could help the developers fix the issue more easily when they are available to do so.

P.S. I actually tried something very quickly and it seems like if you select another alternate (e.g. KONT instead of KSFO) you may be able to generate the flight without error. Doesn’t seem to be the only cause of the issue but may be a workaround in the meantime.

P.S. Oh yes I reselect KONT as first alternate and it does work for me to dispatch my flight. That would do for now.
