It is hard to tell without the text of the flight plan.
I just entered without error:
VQPR DCT PRO DCT BOGOP R598 PAGDA Q18 OPIMO DCT SUBSU DCT VQPR.

Hi, this seemed to affect only the WZZ format, and only when the departure and arrival airports were the same.
I have fixed the error now, thanks for the report.

I am indeed using WZZ format. Thanks for the fix! I am now able to dispatch this flight.
