Looks like the depiction likes to turn the wrong way

The drawing is improved in the latest version of charts:

The leg from WILLO to D113V is a CF with a course of 103:

APPCH:020,A,I26L,WILLO,D113V,EG,P,C,EY  ,L,   ,CF,Y,MID,EG,D, ,      ,1134,0220,1030,0050, ,     ,     ,     , ,   ,    ,   , , , , , ,0,D,S;

…and it looks like Charts is drawing it sort of like a TF without intercepting the course.
