Download navdata center broken

Hi when i click the link to download navdata center i get brought to this page and nothing happens.

hi Stephen i updated to the latest nav data centre, seemed to install as normal , but when i ran it there was just a splash screen asking me to sign in but whe i clicked on it nothing it was unclickable. i tried again using different browsers and with virus and firewall turned off but just the same i also tried installing it on a diffrernt drive but it was just the same,see att the content .xml
