Using Windows 10, X-Plane 11:
Where is the Navigraph alias name and account information stored?
Have a current Navigraph account; cancelled old inactive account. New account works well.
Downloaded FMS Data Manager program; ran the program; created desktop shortcut icon.
Ran new Data Manager to download latest cycle of nav data. Welcome line cites alias name from old deleted account, and message says I do not have a subscription to download FMS Nav Data.
Have deleted and reinstalled the Data Manager from the Navigraph website multiple times, but it consistently indicates the old account data.
Downloaded the Data Manager program from the current account to a computer with no resident flight sims, and everything worked well; welcome line was to current account alias. Had no resident addons to accept download of nav data.
So it appears the old account data is stored somewhere in the Navigraph or X-Plane 11 programs. I need to delete the old data.
