Hello,
It seems there is an error in Charts while plotting ILS RWY 27 - ZEM Transition at DAAG Airport.
It shows a curve at ZEM which does not exist as per Jeppesen Charts.
The approach (orange) line should join straight from ZEM to D090J waypoint.

Actually, this is already fixed!
What you saw was created using cycle 2504, which does not contain the fix. You should now see the correct result:
