Windows 11. Checked that I have the latest version of Charts. The only way I can see a “new flight button is by signing out, and signing back in. What am I doing wrong?

If using Charts Cloud, clear your browser’s cache.
If using Charts Desktop, Uninstall, Download, reinstall, and run the latest Charts Desktop.
Restart machine.

I did this, uninstalled, restarted, down loaded, reinstalled. Issue remains. Note that this same issue is present on my iPad!
Okay, I think I discovered the cause. User error! I wasn’t clicking “unload”. When I did, the “New Flight” option appeared. Sorry, I thought I had tried this.
