Hello. For some reason on my A319/A320/A321 flights the dispatch always come back with Cost index of 5. I have changed the scheduled time enroute to add more time or reduce and the results are the same. Does anyone know why? This only happens on the A320 Series.
When I use 737 or 777 this doesn’t happen.

Are you sure that you’ve tried reducing the scheduled time enroute? I checked your recent flights and they all used the default scheduled time.
I also see that your KLAX-KMIA flight from 4 days ago had a CI of 15. I think that you just haven’t reduced the scheduled time enroute by enough, try reducing it by 20 minutes and it should have an effect.
