Hi, I’m a newbie in Navigraph and Navigraph Charts : really awesome products !!!
I’m curious about Navigraph Charts updates : are they automatic ? Occuring with FMS manager and AIRAC updates ? Do I have to check for them in the application ? Am I informed when an update occurs ?

All Charts products refresh their data automatically, and align with the navdata/FMS Data AIRAC cycle.
You get informed if you subscribe to our newsletter, which we send or AIRAC effective day to notify about the updated data.

Hello Stephen. I am a newbie. Is there a method of pushing updated charts for new people? Also, what needs to happen for the update to take place? Do I need to be logged into navigaph and MSFS 2020 at the same time?

No charts data are cached on the clients. The Charts apps always fetch the latest data from our servers when you request a particular chart, and the latest data is always the current cycle.
