No, we don’t have any offline mode, and you may not use our data for real world flying.

I won’t be flying the plane I will be a passenger and was going to listen to live atc and follow flights on the sid and stars is that allowed or still breaking the real world pilots rule

The apps are only for flight simulation use, and again, are disabled completely when offline.
