Buggegdd out way point with a -999 ALT

my flight plan cinsisted for a way point that didnt exsist for decent with a ALT of -999, and no matter what you did yoiu could not get rid of it. built into flight plan..so i simmed out pax of 360 and thewre all dead cause it nosed dived 1000 feet into the ground
correct issue
