ARINC procedures name

Hello all,

We all know that, according to ARINC standards, procedures names are truncated in order to have 6 characters max. My doubt is: is there a way we can get it a full name, without this reduction (for example, EROPO1A instead of EROP1A)?

Hi,
No, sorry, that is not possible. The main reason is the FMC/S, which supports only 6-character mode in all addons, regardless of which sim you´re using. That´s an ARINC 424 standard.
