Aircraft Map Follow

This behavior is intended, zooming out will uncenter the ownship following.

“Follow Ownship” function

I assume the many Navagraph users display the charts and the moving map by using the downloaded app on their PC. The feature selection “follow ownship” tells the moving map to keep the icon of their aircraft in the middle of the display. When it comes to those of us that use an iPad to display the charts and moving map, trying to use the “follow ownship” feature gets frustrating. Every touch on the iPad, where it is a zoom in/out selection, just touching the map, or an aircraft ID attempt, turn…
