Have reinstalled all my pc because of

this issue. Can’t install AIRAC 2013 Error comes up.

Have the same error when installing packages.

PC reinstalled, ( MSFS reinstalled navigraph reinstalled)

This is likely a network issue.

As a test, maybe try connecting to the internet via your mobile telephone?

Thanks, the network change didn’t work. But other topic solutions worked.
