Add-On won't Install

I have been trying to install a Add-On Package for a T6A (Milviz T6-a from Blackbird) on MSFS 2020 (steam)

It seem to be installing and complete but after a while the Blue INSTALL button returns in its install state.
re-downloaded and reinstalled it already.
Tried to start the Navigraph Hub as an Admin, no positive result.

Can someone help me with this?

Hello,

Click on the install button and then send us the Hub log file, please. This might give us more information to investigate further.

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type %appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs and press enter
  3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
  4. Upload this file to your next post

Thanks!

Thanks GordonNG for the quick response.
As requested, my log file.

main.log (142.0 KB)

Thanks for the logs, very helpful!

As some first steps,

  • Reboot your network router
  • Disable your anti-virus or whitelist Navigraph Hub

Once these are checked, try installing the T6A again.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Did some work yesterday evening.
Disabled Antivirus/ reboot PC/Network and reinstalled T6-A.

What was further noticed is that when i tried to install the add-on for the T6-A, int he first place the update failed but the T6-A was not functional any more. For example the knobs and handles could not been switched or set.

So the fly the plane (without the update) i had to reinstall the plane.

Have you whitelisted the T6A installation directory also?

It appears Milviz use DRM to secure their products which could be flagged as a false positive by anti-virus apps.

I have whitelisted the MSFS2020 dir and the Community/milviz-t6a dir.

When i reinstalled the plane, Navigraph Hub “Add-On Packages” shows me an “Update” button (green)
After hit the button it changes almost immediately in “Remove” button.
When i close the Navigraph Hub and reopen it, it shows me an “Install” button.
When i hit the “Install” button it changes almost immediately in “Remove” button.

When i open MSFS2020 and try to fly the T6-A it is not functioning properly. Not able to move switches and levers.

When you install an add-on package, the process will change from install → installing → remove

This is normal behavior. When you see the “remove” indication, the package is actually installed. It just gives you the option to remove it.

Regarding the T6A controls functionality, I cannot give you a solution for that, unfortunately. I would recommend you raising this issue with Blackbird/Milviz.

About the button state, that’s right! all installations i make , the button state is “remove” but when after a few seconds it changes again to “install” there is something not ok.

And as said, I’m not able to operate the plane.
I already have contact with Blackbird.

Did you whitelist the entire community directory? Just to make absolutely sure.

Also, in order to isolate any networking issues, please try connecting to the internet via a mobile connection.

What i noticed is that after the update the GPSData folder is placed in the community folder.

And in the GPSData folder in the milviz-t6a directory is removed

Hello @TailwindAircraft783

This sounds like it relates to an existing conversation, in which we are discussing with Milviz for a proper solution. Navdata for Blackbirds TA-6 failst to install, deletes default
