As shown in this screenshot, the procedures in airport ZSJN are missing. FYI, I’m using Navigraph Navdata AIRAC 2601, and the data was updated as usual (by manual installing the data into “X-Plane 12/Custom Data/GNS430” ). I tried some other airports in China, and they all worked just fine.
The problem SOLVED. The go around procedure contains a CD leg which according to the specification manual on my side, should be 0 at the waypoint distance column when the waypoint identifier is blank. But here at the ILS 19 Y, the waypoint distance column of the CD leg is filled with a distance of 2.5 nmi (which is the distance from the landing rwy threshold to the recommend navaid) even though the waypoint identifier is blank. After manually correct the column to 0, the FMS can now display the procedures normally.

P.S. According to ARINC424-18/20 SPEC, the CD leg usually doesn’t contain any data for THETA and RHO, but the public data for ZSJN I19-Y has this column filled with data. Maybe that’s the source of problem.
