Dear all, zooming in the EFB (pmdg or fenix) wont display the taxi routes. The desktop app is working fine but not the sim navigraph charts. Is there a workaround?

Yeah, I also made a post on this. Is there a ticket system where we can properly report this? On the XPlane side this issue also happens in the AviTab tablet app. Same issue in the Simbrief map. Must be a generic API issue.

i just tested today and is still not working, i guess this is affecting some users only, otherwise there would be a fast reply from Navigraph…

No there are several posts about this issue. It seems to have to do with the data interface API or whatever. Even in X-Plane you have the same issue in the Avitab.
So I assume there are a lot of users affected.

Same here, noticed this using the MSFS2024 EFB plugin. Zoom in a little bit, and all information disappears.
Presume this is the same issue? Zoom in - at a certain point, details such as roads, obstacles, boundaries and airspace all disappear. It certainly makes grubbing around low and slow under the overcast more challenging!
This changed recently. A week or so ago, no problem. Now my navigation skills are being tested. Navigraph - are you listening? Please can we have our map details back!

correct, i think it started two/three days ago, and its limited to in sim navigraph (both the EFB or toolbar navigraph). The desktop version its fine. It might be an Asobo, issue? not sure about it…
Same here, on Fenix and PMDG 777. Any feedback by Navigraph?
This thread was started on Saturday, the weekend. We’re aware of the issue and will look into it during the working week.

As you can see, 3. 11. 2025 it is still not working.
I tried to reinstall (via Navigraph Hub) all plugin-charts into games, it doesn’t work on Cessnas, A320, A350. So I guess everywhere else too

We are currently looking into this issue. I cannot reproduce it in our development environment.

I can confirm it is working perfectly in Fenix A320 series on MSFS2020.

Thanks. Yesterday, at least in my case, it worked partially, because there were some tiles missing, so for example a piece of runway, belonging to the missing tile, was missing (FS2024 SU4 beta). Did you check that as well?
