Zlib could not decompress the stream / Extraction error

Good morning,

I’ve tried the suggestions on the forum for the above issues but just can’t seem to find a fix. Hub uninstalled/re-installed, folder permissions checked and changed, temp folders deleted etc. Hope someone can offer any solution.
