XPlane12 crashes after navigraph cycle upgraded

As far as I can remember, the X-Plane Updater does not touch (add, modify, remove) files not shipped with X-Plane, such as files added to the Custom Data folder, so this will likely not actually reset the navigation data (the default, older navigation database shipped with X-Plane is not in Custom Data, BTW).

Also, the FAACIFP file (source of the error) does not come from Navigraph. You can either remove it from your Custom Data folder, or update it to match the cycle number of the other files (2603 as per the screenshot above).

Tim

Hi,
Tim is right: the error message you see has nothing to do with any of our data. It shows a discrepancy between the installed navdata and the manually installed FAA CIFP data.

You should resolve the core issue (removing FAA data) before we can proceed to the next step.

By the way, a screenshot as a report without at least a signature, without any line text, is very unfriendly and disrespectful - not only here, everywhere, where you expect any help/support.

Cheers
Richard
