just downloaded navigraph into new computer and these are the messages i get … seems download is putting into wrong file or im not doing something right …or both any ideas how to fix

I have moved this Simlink issue to the Simlink category.
Please restart your computer.

From the screenshot you provided, it seems that Navigraph Simlink application is either not installed or has been moved to a different location after installation.
To resolve this issue, kindly follow the below steps:
- If Navigraph Simlink is not already installed, please download and install the latest version from here.
- If Navigraph Simlink is already installed but has been moved to a different location, please reinstall it.
- Reinstall Navigraph Simlink Plugins by using the Navigraph Simlink application. (Kindly note that before reinstalling the Simlink Plugins, please close all running Flight Simulator applications.)
Please do not hesitate to inform us if you still face any issues.

thank you for the response. I removed and downloaded FMS data manager,Simlink and nothing else. Im not sure if its my downloading… which when i download it goes into the downloads file on my computer and i leave it there…do i need to to do another step?? put the file some where else or … I’m not sure what to do but as you can see that did not work …unfortunately…can you list the EXACT download procedure. i feel like I’m doing something wrong and not sure what not a computer savvy person

yes still not detecting the simulator… not sure why
I removed the original FMS and SIMLINK and still no luck…Ian when i download them again I did not putting them into a folder do i need to do that??..a folder in the xplane program Thanks again
I got it to work!!
I wasn’t updating the second option on X PLANE GN430,FF757/767 ETC…That made the difference Thanks again
