My PC is unable to run MSFS 2024, is it possible to use the Xbox series X to complete the lessons on Navigraph Academy? I didn’t see anything about loading the custom lessons and linking simlink.

Unfortunately not at the moment. Academy relies on Simlink however this is only available for Windows and MacOS at the moment.
