Since a few days i cannot install the navdata on my xbox ms2020 pmdg 737-800, it stays on 80% loading.

Unfortunately, I believe this is the same PMDG issue reported at Xbox User MSFS 2024 SU4 PMDG 777 300 - #6 by tysell.
Please contact PMDG for resolution.
