This showing in the X-Plane 12 log:
[NavigraphSimlink_64.xpl]: Dataref ‘sim/weather/barometer_sealevel_inhg’ has been replaced. Please use the new name.
Loaded: C:\X-Plane 12/Resources/plugins/NavigraphSimlink_64.xpl (Navigraph Simlink for X-Plane).
I have updated Navigraph.
Hello,
Welcome to the Navigraph Forum!
Thank you for bringing the warning about the DataRef ‘sim/weather/barometer_sealevel_inhg’ to our attention. You can safely ignore this warning, as this DataRef is maintained for backwards compatibility in X-Plane.
If you encounter any issues with Navigraph products, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Thank you!

FWIW, in software terms, the dataref is basically what you might call “deprecated”, meaning it still exists and works just like before under both the new and old names.
The old name may eventually be removed entirely in a future version of X-Plane, at which point Navigraph Simlink will be required to update in order to use said new dataref name, but until then, other that the warning in the log, using the old dataref name is not an actual issue at all, and as previously mentioned, the warning can be safely ignored.
The reason Simlink has not yet updated to the new name is possibly because older versions of X-Plane (i.e. v11) do not have the dataref under the new name at all, so using the old name allows Simlink to support both X-Plane 11 and 12 without having to use additional code to detect the X-Plane version at runtime.
