Hi, Navigrpah charts recognize me at a wrong location, I’ve tried everything without success.
My sin crashed yesterday and from there it’s stuck on this location.

Can you confirm that Charts is still showing your location even if you never start Simlink? It should only show your location if the most recent position update is less than 1 minute old.
can now confirm that it is showing this location only on my PC.
On my phone the location is correct.
Can you ensure that Simlink is not running at all, and then that the position disappears from all your apps regardless of platform (phone or PC) within 2 minutes?

According to our systems, you are still sending position updates. Could you try to make sure that Simlink is not running anywhere? Then, let me know. I will check what things look like on our side to make sure that there isn’t someone else using your account!
Simlink is not running now.
No one is using my account, The location that is stuck was from my Flight yesterday, I’ve just discovered that it is happening in Firefox Only, Other browser seems to work fine.
The Location is still there, Firefox only.

I can see from our side that you are not sending updates anymore. The only reason why the position would still be shown like that is if the browser would be erroneously storing the last position request result - that’s beyond our influence. I have never seen it happen before, which is what makes this interesting.
Could you try clearing the cache? Perhaps Firefox has some “Private” or “Incognito” window in which you can try this?
