Wont update Fenix, PMDG, BAE 146, FSI Panel

Help needed, I am trying to update the latest Airac cycle, the base programs update but Fenix, PMDG, BAE 146, FSI panel wont update.

Comes back with a screen simply saying DOWNLOADER.

Never happened before!

Hi…,

Try disabling your antivirus and firewall, then try updating again. Please post screenshots of the error message(s) using Guide to posting Screenshots

i have disabled anti virus and Firewall, still the same.
