When you have a little time, spend a few minutes on the Charts app with normal activity like creating a flight with departure/destination, assigning runways, departures and arrivals.
We’ll take a look at the logs.
Speaking of which, it might be pretty handy to see the logs local to your computer.

From what it looks like, the map is losing WebGL context, and has done so on a few separate occasions. Few more followups,
- Is your computer a laptop with a separate monitor or is it a standalone PC?
- Is the simulator running at the same time you are browsing the Charts map?
- Take a look at Windows Event Viewer → Windows Logs → System and check for Display Driver stopped responding/has successfully recovered at the times the map turned white ( Oct 10 ~1545 or Oct 11 ~1653 your time

About graphics driver, issue is that my laptop is not too fresh and has GTX860M as GPU, nVidia stopped providing new Game Ready drivers for this GPU this year Spring. Now only getting GeForce Security Update Drivers (currently version 562.87, published Sep 30 2026)
Thanks a lot for the info.
Lets see how the reinstallation goes (don’t forget to make sure those folders are removed after you uninstall.
Reinstallation now done fully as instructed, I will keep you updated if issue still persists. ![]()
