Where is Scratchpads icon in Charts?

Can you please tell me how to show the Scratchpad icon? I use Navigraph Charts on Ipad

Sometimes the app download may take some time to become available regionally, keep an eye out. It will eventually appear as an update.

Hi…,

The Scratchpad icon is at the bottom of the screen in the Pinboard area
