All was fine when I retired last night.
However, this AM I find I have no volume with MSFS 2024 OR NAVIGRAPH. Only these two programs are affected. I am completely baffled as to how this could occur. I would be grateful for any thoughts to get me going again.

Hi,
It seems you have issues (possibly hardware-related) on your system. I would recommend checking the hardware, especially your hard drives.
Possible that you have a faulty disc.

I am confused as to why I would just lose volume in MSFS 2024 and Navigraph if it was due to HD issue. All other programs have normal volume. I have checked my HD with scan disk, DISM, chkdsk and all is fine. No corrupted files.
In addition, in my research I have discovered that this is an issue that happens from time to time. It first occurred after MS downloaded it’s last update.
I guess I will start by uninstalling Navigraph. I don’t know what else to do. Thank you kindly for your input.
One last thing…why does the hub tell me to “REMOVE” the Navigraph Academy Lessons v. 2.0?
The Hub can be used to:
When a specific package is not installed, the button shows Install, letting you install it (by clicking the button); when it is installed but out of date, it shows Update so you can update it to the latest version (by clicking the button); when it is installed and up-to-date, the button shows Remove so that you may un-install it should you wish to do so (by clicking the button).

So, I hit REMOVE…for 2 sec it turns yellow saying “installing” and then whoosh, it’s gone and it comes back to “REMOVE”. I’m sorry I’m an old newbie but this makes no sense. After I reboot nothing has changed. Do you agree I should proceed with uninstall/reinstall? I feel totally lost. I really appreciate your comments.

In this video, the package is not installed.
You click Install → button label switches to Installing while the package is being installed, then it switches to Remove which means the package is installed and up-to-date.
Then you clicked Remove, the package was un-installed, and the button label switched to Install to reflect that the package is no longer installed.

So, as I understand it I need to hit Remove and hope that Install stays long enough to select it. When it reverts to Remove I just ignore it…if this is correct you need not reply. I’ve used too much of your time already.

Nope, that doesn’t make any sense. What are you trying to do: install a package or remove a package? You can’t want to do both, they’re opposites.

I’m sorry, as soon as I open the hub the LESSONS tab is set to REMOVE in red. What am I supposed to think. I don’t know how to get it to say INSTALL? I don’t even know what the hub does. Thank you for trying to be of help to me.
