When pressing simbrief on the aircraft tablet states simbrief user name not set

Keeps stating user name not set check options page so confused any help would be appreciated. Flight plan set up in simbrief.

Depending on which aircraft, try entering Pilot ID rather than username as per Error: Unknown UserID - #8 by Ian

Thanks used both user name and pilot id still the same name not set?
