I just signed up for subscription today, and do not know where to find anything. Your website is very confusing. I am not at all satisfied with this and would like to get my money back or at least have someone help figure this out. This is awful.
Hi,
And welcome here at Navigraph. Thanks for your posting. Here is a human, and I will try to help you…
What is your issue? What do you need? What are you looking for? What was the reason/intention for your subscription, and why have you subscribed when the webpage is so confusing?
We are here to help you, but you must give us a chance to help you … ![]()
Thanks,
Richard
I do not think it matters why I subscribed, and indeed the website is very confusing. But I will tell you the reason I am unsuscribing. Richard, I must say from the tone of your email, If you are customer service I know I do not want to do business with your company. All I wanted was for someone to tell where and how to get to the purchase I made. I would like to be refuned today, please, I am not interested in doing business with your company. There too many other places to have my needs met. Thank you.
Don Kelley
Hi Don,
Thanks again for your comments, and sorry if you misunderstood me. I’m not a native speaker, but I try my best to help where I can.
Also in this case. The problem for me is that I don’t know where I can help you because I don’t know what your issue is. May I ask what the issue is? What is confusing on the webpage?
Please help us understand what we did wrong or how we can improve in the future.
Please be so kind as to explain to us what you expect and/or your needs. Maybe we can find a way to resolve it.
Thanks again
Richard
I just want someone to tell me exactly how to get the products I purchase or my money back. I explained that in the last email.
Understood, thank you …
We have our own download section on the webpage, where you can download all apps and data. You find it here:
We have three major products:
- Charts, where you find the latest, worldwide Jeppesen charts for IFR and VFR
- SimBrief for detailed flight planning
- 120 different datasets for updating your addons (for FSX, X-Plane, P3D, and the newest MSFS flightsim 2020/2024)
For the data distribution, you have three ways (depending on the simulator you are using):
- The Hub (for MSFS 2020/2024 addons, products)
- The FMS Data Manager for all non-MSFS 2020/24 simulators
- Manual downloads also for all non-MSFS 2020/24 simulators (mostly used for Linux derivatives or MacOS)
All these apps are included in your Ultimate subscription, and we release a new revision of charts and data every 28 days, exactly as in the real world.
What SIM do you use? What addon do you have, or what flightplanning tool do you currently use? Possibly, SimBrief is a new option?
Please let me know whenever you have a follow-up question about these topics (or a specific one).
Thank you
Richard
