VTSP scenery orbx ILS 27

i was doing ils 27 in to Phuka Airport Thailand pmdg 737-700 i was on senterline with diamond but not with the runway?

The LOC is offset by 1.4deg according to the chart.

confirm default scenery have same issue

@srcooke is correct, this is an offset approach with 1.4 degrees. So the approach is coded correctly.
