Is there a way, within Desktop, to browse just the underlying charts? For example, I’d like to browse a VFR chart without having to first select an airport.

Has something changed?
This seems to be working as expected now; after unloading an active flight plan & closing Charts, upon reopening, I now have a full world view with all base charts viewable without having chosen an airport first.
The last few times I opened Charts, the main (map) view was empty.
I am glad it is resolved.
