The page stays blank for around 1 minute before the OFP shows up every time I want to check it. It’s still normal when I open Charts Cloud in the iPad’s browser, so I guess it’s unrelated to network issues.

Solved two days ago. I checked the DNS queries and found that the IP in the A and AAAA records of fonts.googleapis.com from Cloudflare DNS is blocked in China. Shame on GFW.
For those who encounter the same problem, add the following line in the Hosts file:
220.181.174.97 fonts.googleapis.com
That’s very interesting! To my knowledge, we do not use any Google fonts.
