When a Vatsim controller has the frequency “199.998” they MUST not show as active regardless of their position. This frequency denotes a controller who is not active.
What I expected to happen.
Do not show these as active controlling sectors until the controller activates to a valid frequency
What actually happened
ZDV showed as active. That shouldn’t have occurred until they were active and on a normal frequency (127.650 in this case).
