Latest version of Simlink v1.1.21.0329 is compatible with Window7 x64 bit OS. But as per your reported issue, I think there must some component is missing to install into your system. For correct this can your please Uninstall Simlink and Install Simlink with Admin mode?
→ Make sure exit Simlink before install.
