UPDATES for MADDOG and PMDG failes since today

When I opened the HUB today it showed blue INSTALL buttons for the addon packages of the Fly the Maddog, the PMDG 737 and 777 (see screenshot). All three were installed already.

When I click on one of the INSTALL items the button shows INSTALLING and after a while REMOVE. But after a couple of seconds it turns blue and says INSTALL again.

I can repeat this “install” procedure for the three addons endlessly without success.

The .7z installation files do appear and dieappear in

c:\Users\MYUSER\AppData\Local\Programs\navigraph-hub\downloads\

In the attached main.log extract file from

c:\Users\MYUSER\AppData\Roaming\navigraph-hub\logs

is an example on how the entries look for the MADDOG.

Please assist.

Hi Stefan,

Please try disabling Antivirus and Firewall, resetting your router, and trying again.

If it’s still a problem, try connecting to the internet via a mobile hotspot.
