Update marketplace version PMDG 737-800

I am having some issues updating the navdatabase on my 737.

I have the hub installed, and it identifies the 737 addon, but calls it v3.0.105, whilst my marketplace version is 3.0.100(and no update available)

Is this mismatch the reason why I can’t update my navdata?

Edit: I have closed down the sim many times, downloaded and redownloaded the base navdata and the 737 Hub addon etc, but still no luck.

Is there a path where the hub downloads the navdata to on my computer, and am I able to manually move it to the corresponding folder for my 737?

Edit 2:
When I freshly install the aircraft from the marketplace I can see that it comes preloaded with the 2204 Navdatabase. But when I click update

Hi…,

Please download and install latest Navigraph Hub which permits selecting and updating 3.0.100 (Legacy) and v3.0.105+ (Latest) versions of PMDG 737’s
