Unlimited Subscription but having problems

I have an unlimited subscription but when I log in and look at anything under ‘Products’, all have a subscribe button. Weirdness right?

That’s weird but if I use the direct link to say, Simbrief, I can go there online and create flight plans. The same goes for Charts that are installed on my PC or online. It appears I can use them fully.

FMSDataManager - I installed on my PC and loaded it up. The first few times it worked fine, updating my Xplane 12 and LittleNavMap. But recently I log into FMSDM and it is all blank, nothing is present to update. If I reboot and go back into FMSDM I can now see my installed applications (XP12, LNavMap) and update them. Again, weirdness.

Hi Mike,

You mentioned you had full access to Charts and SimBrief, but sometimes not to FMS Data Manager. Is this still an issue, or has it been resolved?

It seems resolved. After rebooting my PC I could see and update my products
