Unable to run FMS Data Manager because of missing MSVCP140.DLL and VCRuntime140.DLL

I am unable to load FMS Data Manager to update X-Plane12. Get missing DLL messages. Reloading software does not fix the problem

What I expected to happen.

Is there a way to update MSVCP140.DLL and VCRuntime.DLL files?

What actually happened

Please describe what happened in a way that enables us to find the problem
without follow-up questions. For instance, saying “the charts do not work”
or “login is broken” doesn’t help. To the extent that it is possible, please provide clear steps to reproduce the
problem. Screenshots and error messages are helpful and encouraged!

Hi,
strange because when you are an Admin on your system, the FMS Data Manager installs the VC distribution packages during the setup.

You can try to install both packages manually:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64)

After the installation, reboot your PC and try to start the FMS Data Manager again.
