Unable to login to Navigraph and Navigraph NavData Center

I express my satisfaction with the quality of navigraph products, however in this last period I have increasing difficulties with the various software. Precisely when I try to start Navigraph from the icon on the desktop the software replies: The access should be in progress in the default browser … Even when I search on the browser I cannot log in.
While I am able to login on the Navigraph web page. Following some topics here on the forum I uninstalled all NAvigraph software in addition to the Chrome browser I checked on Regedit that it is aimed at Chrome. Waiting for a solving intervention good job
