Unable to login in Simlink

Since this Monday I’ve been unable to login to Simlink.

I tried to uninstall it, delete whole Navigraph folder inside AppData and reinstall it. I also tried syncing my time with at least 5 different NTP servers and it didn’t help.

I don’t use any proxy or VPN.

Check what might have changed prior to Monday non working e.g. Windows updates, AV updates, etc.

Try restarting your Router, and computer.

I haven’t done any changes that I would be aware of and last Windows update was installed on 19th November.

I restarted computer every time after I unistalled Simlink.

How did you go restarting Router? Also disable any AV and firewall as a test.

You could also try connecting to the internet via a Hotspot on you mobile phone as a test.

I used reboot option in start menu and cmd shutdown /r /t 0. On Microsoft defender I turned of real time protection and Windows firewall before reinstalling Simlink.

I’ve tried hotspot with defender and firewall disabled and it still won’t login. I also tried restarting my mobile phone, but it didn’t help.
