I’m still having the issue with the Navi Hub loading correctly, each time I start it I have to resign in and then the package data wont load. If I restart the computer it then loads OK.
But after a shutdown… the pattern repeats…

Double check that your computer time is synchronized to the internet.
Also, like before, send us the Navigraph Hub log file.

Are you using a VPN or have a specific internet service package? It looks like access to Navigraph servers is being blocked.

Not using a VPN, & only the standard windows defender.
The broadband uses a SKY hub.
and like I said after it asks me to log back in and if I then restart the computer everything is fine till it’s not again ![]()
I can understand the frustration, you did mention your using Windows Defender and you did add Hub to the exclusion. Its quite strange that you are forced to sign in again.
Have you tried using another internet connection? like sharing your mobile phone connection to the PC? It would be good to isolate your network connection from being the issue.
Also, make absolutely sure that the exclusion with Windows Defender / Security is correctly applied.
