Unable to connect Navigraph Charts.
Stuck at “Please wait for user authentication”.
Please help.
And when I go to the FMS Data Manager, I’m no longer logged in - it asks me to go to get a ‘ one-time password’
What’s causing this?
I go and get the otp code enter it into the login page and nothing happens… Navigraph kinda totally broken here today. Are your authentication servers down?
Basically none of the Navigraph stuff is accessible… Charts, Navdata, nothing.
Reinstalled Simlink, no change, still broken.
FWIW briefly also mentions ‘Could not connect to Navigraph Identity Server.’ whilst still waiting for user authentication.
Oh, so Navigraph Hub works, but nothing else. I suspect something in the data centre has fallen over. Let’s hope it doesn’t stay like this, my annual subscription in due for renewal in just over a week.
Changed default browser to Chrome, that didn’t work either and am on Simlink 1.1.39.1902 (Up to Date).
STILL BROKEN.
I do hope Navigraph staff haven’t all disappearred for the weekend leaving this issue to fester over the weekend.
To be blunt, the products I pay an annual subscription for are not working. And I have seen nothing here to indicate Navigraph are aware or care.
Hello! Unfortunately, the team has gone for the weekend and we are low on support staff at the moment. We’ll try to help out more as soon as possible!
In the meantime, I can address some of your questions and maybe give you some more troubleshooting steps!
No, our servers are not down, nothing has fallen over. Everything looks normal from our side, and you are currently the only active report we have of this issue.
Let’s try to figure out what it could be!
If all the above does not help you in the right direction, please provide some log files! Simlink would probably be the easiest, here are the steps:
Logs tabOpen log folder button in the bottom rightKind Regards,
Malte
Where is the ’Logs’ tab?
I have no VPN, it was all working fine when I last used the PC about 4 days ago. The Router has not changed and neither has the configuration; there are no firewall rules here.
My bad, if you can’t reach the main Simlink interface then accessing the logs tab won’t work. Instead, you can do the following:
%appdata%\Navigraph\Simlink\logssimlink_2025-10-10.dlog (336 Bytes)
Hello,
Thank you for providing the logs.
Can you try rebooting your network router, please and your computer. Once done, try signing into Simlink again.
Hi, powered down PC, then switched off Router, waited for several minutes; restarted router, waited until fully rebooted then restarted PC. Navigraph Simlink loads on boot up and successfully connects. Started the FMS Data Manager application which also connects upon loading (as before) and AIRAC update appears to be working ok. I will definately make a note to record the steps to resolve this issue so that I know what to do to fix it; if it happens anytime in future. Many Thanks for your support Gordon & Skysail.
Thanks for the update! That is great news!
