I’m unable to sign in to my charts account in the PMDG 777 EFB. I did get an error in the EFB (HTTPerror)
Rather than start a new thread for the same reason…
I am having issues logging into Terminal Charts for PMDG for the EFB.
I am getting an ‘ERROR VALIDATING IDENTITY’.
I find this odd as I had no issues logging into Terminal Charts at the Quality Wings.B787 EFB, using the same credentials.
I initially referred this to ‘Accounts’ at Navigraph and they suggested I post here.
Trust you can assist.

Hi Team,
Please sign in using a browser on the same sim machine. If that works then the account is fine and the computer can reach our servers. If so please contact PMDG as the problem is likely somewhere in the EFB.

I certainly have no issue in logging into Charts on the Sim Machine so, I need to refer to PMDG.
