Hello Navigraph team,
I’m an active user of SimBrief and Navigraph, and recently I’ve been experiencing persistent issues accessing both services from my flight simulator. I’ve performed extensive diagnostics and troubleshooting, including:
• System time synchronization
• DNS and cache flushing
• SSL certificate verification
• VPN testing (SimBrief works when connected via Canada)
• Traceroute tests confirming that my network reaches the server at 192.95.16.233, but no response is received from the final hops
Additionally, neither the SimBrief website nor the Navigraph integration within my simulator are functioning properly when using my original public IP. This leads me to believe that my IP may be blocked or filtered unintentionally, or that there are geographic restrictions affecting access.
My current public IP is:192.168.80.98
Approximate location: Armenia, Colombia
Could you please check if this IP is on any blocklist or if there are active restrictions that might be affecting my access?
I truly appreciate your help—these tools are essential to my flight simulation experience.

Same issue havent heard any response over the weekend, been without it for 5ish days now, thought simbrief was down

Your IP address, 192.168.80.98, is not your public IP address; it is your private IP address.
Our services are up and running, and Simbrief is also reachable. Confirmed when you wrote it is accessible via VPN:

Try to use a mobile connection (ie. via your mobile phone). Does this work?
@jarhead2b, you should not post an issue in a solved topic - so, the same applies to you. You see the pings; the services are up and running and as Mateo wrote, he can access it via VPN. Have you tried it on your mobile phone via mobile connection (NOT! wifi)? It could also be a DNS issue somewhere.
I´m a little surprised about your 5 days, as I see three postings (including this one) - one for 13 hours and one for one day.
