Troubleshooting downloader startup errors

I get this error message every time i start the downloader

Hello,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. Please check the permissions for the folder mentioned in the error message (it should look something like: C:/Users//AppData/Roaming/SimBrief Downloader).

Running the Downloader as an administrator might help, but this should not be necessary if the folder permissions are set correctly.

Hi, I tried what you said, I made sure permissions were set to full control still seeing the error message when i start downloader.
