I downloaded the FMS Data Manager and installed the package. Says it was successful but there isn’t a Navigraph app in my applications folder. The only Navigraph Item I found on search was a folder in the avitab folder. And that folder is empty.

I don’t know why your installation wasn’t successful.
Best to try again downloading and installing.
