Traffic/ATC not showing up

Not sure that’s a hardware/drive issue.

To day, I don’t see any IVAO traffic/ATC on my Win11 with desktop app nor iPhone IOS app. By play with toggle button, I saw some traffic on my desktop app one time but it disappear after some other toggling.

My iPhone was on 5G data while my desktop was on wired Internet connection.

IVAO traffic does not appear and when it appears it disappears immediately, I restart several times and it remains the same, the cookies are cleaned and the PC is cleaned the same and it remains the same.

2 PC Windows 11 Latest update (24H2 (10.0.26100.3323)), VATSIM traffic shows but not ATC, works on IOS18, iPhone 12

Hello!

We have a known issue with delivering traffic data during peak weekends. During this period, coverage is spotty, and sometimes, no traffic is shown. This is not the same issue that was mentioned in the OP, though.

The original issues should have been fixed at this point, but I guess we can still use this topic since it’s an ongoing beta anyway, and the issues are similar in appearance. Just note that this should never be an issue during regular weekdays as far as we can tell from our side. If you get this issue on a weekday, do let us know!

In the meantime, we are looking into what’s causing the weekend outages.

Kind Regards,
Malte

VATSIM/IVAO traffic and ATC aren’t showing up at all on my iphone app, in MSFS, or charts dektop. was workig fine in all three yesterday. my guess is it might have something to do with recent AIRAC cycle updates and software updates? Please help

thanks for the update. I think i posted my issue the same time you posted this response. just an fyi.. vatsim traffic just came back up, but not atc just a moment ago.

Hi, Issue today flying on Vatsim, between about 15 h and 17 h zulu. It was not the case yesterday.
Claude.

Chart cloud 8.38.1 / Edge.

Same thing over here, no Vatsim ATC nor traffic currently and has been the same for the last 2 hours or so.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback.

We are aware of this issue, as mentioned in my previous post.

Please refrain from posting any further reports if you see this issue on weekends. We have enough information at this point and need to proceed with internal investigations. Unfortunately, due to limited resources, we have not been able to focus primarily on this yet, but we hope to continue the investigation this week!

Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime!

Kind Regards,
Malte
